Unit Level Controllers, Infrastructure and Zoning Assessment
The BSUBAS Unit Level Controllers, Infrastructure and Zoning Assessment vital in upgrading existing equipment as well as being integral to regulatory, business unit, and pre-construction activities. Coordinating with existing architectural, mechanical, electrical, OEM Operator and Maintenance manuals, along with any available automation documentation as references. The result of the BSUBAS Unit Level Controllers, Infrastructure and Zoning Assessment are;
- Identify all Facilities Support equipment with stand-alone Unit Level controllers (air handlers / cooling towers / chillers / boilers / generators) and any associated service zones.
- Complete documentation of any integration to main Building Automation System including the means of integration (dry contact, analog (4-20mA, 0-VDC), instrumentation bus (HART / Modbus / SERCOS), or network (proprietary / open protocol) methods and paths.
- Identify metering and sub-metering zones.
- Identify occupancy, lighting and/or shading devices, any associated control zones and any control integration to main Building Automation System.
- Identify any Fire / Life / Safety integrations and methods.
All results are submitted in a Turn-Over Package with existing documentation annotated in as-found conditions, areas of concern and recommendations are highlighted. Any immediate hazards discovered during inspection result in immediate client notification.
Formal presentations of findings and recommendations are available at client preference.
