LEED Initiative of the U.S. Green Building Council

The BSUBAS BAS Subject Matter Expert (SME) supports the U.S. Green Building Council LEED initiatives. The BSUBAS SME works with the complete construction team in implementing LEED strategies across all facilities contractors and automation equipment vendor ensuring both LEED design and LEED Data Recording Compliance.

BSUBAS works with the LEED and Operations teams to plan, integrate, configure and historically trend LEED required datapoints.

BSUBAS works with the LEED and Operations teams to ensure and verify that the BAS / BMS, acting as the LEED data monitoring system meets the requirements of continuous monitoring, periodic testing, alarms, calibration and the prompt repair of problems in the system.

BSUBAS has participated in over 350,000 sqft of LEED “Gold” or higher construction. We assist the owner client in both the establishment and the performance portion of the LEED initiatives. BSUBAS directly participates in the following LEED prerequisite and credit categories:
