QA Requirements - Document Requirements v. Available Documentation Gap Analysis

The BSUBAS BAS Subject Matter Expert (SME) takes provides review and analysis;

• The Available Documentation review investigates the existence and availability of the requirement quality documents.
• This is essentially a document control review where each system is identified, the required documents are listed and are either confirmed to exist or to have a written justification available on the requirement waiver.
• Any documentation gaps are identified for corrective action.
